Re: Engagement Ring

I had a family friend in the jewelry business, so I can't help you much about the site. I will tell you that you need to pay attention to the color and clarity of the diamond. Color is judged on a...

Re: Attorney Faces Disbarment for Smuggling Cuban Cigars in 1990s

The OP also mentions that he was charged with falsifying his passport. This is an extreme case. Still, as an attorney, I've stayed away from the forbidden fruit so I don't become the first routine...

Re: What beer or liquor are you drinking right now?

Sam Adams Octoberfest. It has to be the earliest I've ever seen it released. I think it is really good this year.

Re: Big pepper bomb cigar?

I picked up a box of the non-pepin rolled Padilla 1932s last year and they are real pepper bombs. I'm hoping they'll mellow with more rest, because they aren't hitting the spot like last year.

Re: University of Michigan & Teaxs A&M

I went to undergrad there. Not smart enough to get into the law school. I have nothing but great things to say about U-M. I was an economics major though, so I had more free time that I imagine...

Re: Zippo lighter torch insert

I have had 2 of the z-plus for 3-4 years and they're still going strong. I use them all the time.

Re: What are you reading?

Just finished the Count of Monte Cristo and started the Hunger Games, which is a very quick read. I've made it through about a 1/3 of it in what seems like very little time.

Re: Popped my ....

Yeah I have no problems with a big cab or zin. I just don't smoke with a dry white. Actually, a moscato isn't bad with a milder smoke, but it is more dessert-like than a regular wine. I normally...

Re: Popped my ....

I love padrons and burn more 3000 maduros than any other cigar. It just delivers exactly what I like. I've found that stouts and porters go great with them. I also like gin martinis and scotch or...

Re: Need advice on a tablet PC or e reader

I have the kindle fire and love it, though like someone already said, it is limited content-wise by the Amazon market place. You can "sideload" other apps that aren't purchased from Amazon, but I...

Re: What are you reading?

I'm reading it right now on my Kindle Fire and really enjoy it - both the book and the device. I paid 99 cents for the book. Hard to beat all the classics you can get for so little money.

Re: Where Are My Fellow Keurig Users At???

A lot of suggestions here.

I've been enjoying the caribou k-cups lately, both the regular line and the breakfast blend.

Re: What's the last movie you watched?

I love that one. When the principle busts his gut laughing after being told about the peep hole into the girl's shower, I lose it with him.

Re: Aquired taste?

I love scotch and I don't remember working hard to acquire my taste for it. I wouldn't try too hard if I were you - you already have at least one expensive vice you obviously enjoy.

Re: Do you do what you love for work?

I like my job quite well, but if I didn't need the money, I'd do it a lot less.

Re: What are you reading?

When I searched for it (not on my kindle), it had a link to request an e-version to encourage the publisher to make one available. This looks like a different cover to the same book. Thanks for...
