You can also use one of those cheap tupperware like dealies for keeping food in. Some of them have a great seal and would work awesome for a temporary humi.

I personally just happen to prefer the way the xikar fits my hand. I found the palio to be just a little to long for my fingers to use comfortably. The palio cuts awesome,but I end using the xikar...

Mine have done the same thing. I think it is caused by the beads absorbing oils and such from the cedar and the cigars. I do not think it will harm them at all. Mine still work just fine.

Any of the boswells aros are great. I also like the mccllelland premium line like tastemaster and captain cool.Also smokingpipes.com has one ounce samplers of mccllelland bulks for a good price.

Do not use the cigar juice. It contains propylene glycol. Gylcol will ruin the beads.Use distilled water only!
