Let the 1792 sit in the tin for a couple weeks and try again. I think after opening a couple weeks rest takes a little of the topping away. I like this blend every once in a while. :pi

Got an 8 cup Yama Vacpot, love it!:) Makes excellent coffee and very easy. I now need to get a more manageable size. More coffee than I can drink by myself, although I always give it my best...
