You have to stick to the mild stuff. You might also want to consider smaller RG and shorter length. Just coach him not to smoke it too fast.

Macanudo is a great smoke for a total newb. They won't...

Near the dome there is a Bar called Stats (300 Marietta St NW). Directly across the street is a small cigar shop. Stats has a deck upstairs that they open up for smokers and is nice to sit up there...
