Re: So, I thought about doing the cash for clunker

If you've driven and had it registered it for the past year, yes. But, it has to have an average mpg of 18 or less per the government table.

So, I thought about doing the cash for clunkers.

I have a pristine 95 Camaro bought new by me with 43k miles on it, and thought I might take advantage of the cash for clunkers program. According to the cars.gov website, my car averages 20mpg so it...

This project has been a year in the making and it's finally finished. Many talented people were involved. Not me...all I did was photograph this bike and create a webspace for it. Anyway, this new...

Re: Chevy Cobalt

If you're looking at the Colbalt, you might consider the Pontiac G5. Basically the same car but rebadged. Since Pontiac will be no more, they're really blowing them out the door. We have a large local...

Re: Anyone into Binoculars

One other factor that was important to me was eye relief. If you have longish lashes, you'll most certainly be annoyed if you have to bury your eyes into the glass and have lash rub. Long eye relief,...

Re: "J." Fuego Casa Fuego

I have and gave them all away. One dimensional and boring. Bland and didn't burn very well. I'll try anything once and this is my opinion.

Re: Fiber One and work

Since we're now discussing flatulence, is anyone else reminded of Gene Simmons when seeing the Fiber One commercials on television?

Re: real or psychosematic

There are so many variables that come into play while smoking a cigar. Most notably mindset. Cigars almost always smoke and taste better when I'm in a mellow happy mood. That being said, in my 30...

Re: i think my vinos broken

No no, I don't want bigger. I had bigger and always felt compelled to keep it full. I do still keep the little one full but it's prevented me from stockpiling too much. Sort of like gastric bypass...

Re: i think my vinos broken

Like I said, I use a small 6 bottle cooler purchased from pro vantage last year. They've raised the price now but last year, it was 50 plus. A nice little cooler that holds enough for me.

Re: i think my vinos broken

Since I've gone thru three in the past two years, I consider them throw away items. I use small ones so they're not that expensive. The Haier I now use is at least servicable, and has performed well...

Re: humidor maintenance

I've never reseasoned a humidor or performed any type of maintenence. I didn't know this was necessary. Like a good pipe with build-up, it should get better with age. My original humidor is still...

Re: Xikar Cutter cleaning tips?

I pull the handles off...they seem to only be pressure fit. If they're glued on, they're not glued very strongly. Anyway, after I remove the handles, I wash the cutter in warm water and dish soap....
