Finally some good news..

Divorced, daughter moved 2k miles away, lost everything and hit rock bottom..

Un-Cured Bacon....
Ok....
I have 3-4 lbs of un-cured bacon.....
can i smoke it with out curing it or do I need to cure it 1st and then smoke it???
I have no clue what I am doing and looking for any and all...

ok...cant leave a mechanic alone with scrap and a welder...i now have a side table on it. trying to load it up now..will add pics tonight..should be cooking on it tomorrow nite!!!

well after 2.5 yrs of hands on and taking a corraspondence course I finally took my Class 1 Wasterwater Operators certification test...almost nothing I deal with at my plant was on the test so I hope...
