Re: a journey into pipe making......

Re: Hot Rod Humidor....
WOW. Absolutely WOW. I love inlay and marquetry work. I used to do wooden inlay work years ago, before I went into business for myself. After that I never had time for hobbies. So I have a particular...

Re: Whats in your bowl?
I do not know. What ever it is it is nice and easy smoking with only a hint of bite. I lost this jar of tobacco 15 years ago and it has only just turned up, so I do not remember what it is, other...

Re: Old Tobacco
I just broke the seal on a 1 pound jar of unidentified John B. Hayes tobacco. The humidity does not need adjusting. The seals were perfect. I am smoking it in a Nording pipe I also bought from JBH....

Old Tobacco

Re: Macanudo Freshness Packs
I have not seen these Fresh packs, but they would not put me off buying a Macanudo. They used to be my favorite lunch time smoke when I worked in the city.

Congratulations. I think I have an RyJ hidden here in my desk somewhere. I will find it and smoke it on your behalf.

Re: How many cigars in your possession?
I have 3.5 cigars. Two Romeo Y Julietta #2 and 1.5 Cohiba. I have half a Cohiba because I cut it in half and used it in my pipe. I used to buy cigars by the boxful and at one time would have had more...

Re: Cheese
Where do you get 10 y/o? I am very keen on the 7 y/o English Cheddar that I have been getting recently. I would love to try a 10.
