Re: What beers are you enjoying II?
My local farm brewery always has a couple. They're wonderful beers but they do sell less than anything else on the menu. Luckily the owner/brewer loves them so he always has two or three on tap. IMO...

Presbyterian Mixture.
My first foray into oriental/latakia land. I don't know why I've waited so long this is good stuff. It won't replace my virginias & vapers but now I'll have to try some more of...

Re: Looking For A Grill...

Couple bowls of McClelland St James Woods in a MM Missouri Pride while I was doing some chores outside. Made the drizzle and cold bearable.

Re: What are you reading?
Looks good I'm going to pick that up for my nook. I wonder what it's like to spend that much time with Hofstadter? I don't know if I'd get smarter by osmosis or if I'd burn out what little brain I do...

I'll third the illusione rothschild and add the illusione 88 robusto maduro as well. Can't make up my mind which I like better.

Re: To Age (NC) Or Not To Age
No expert but I have inadvertantly kept some cigars for 2-3 years. I like what happens to the Oliva O serie with that amount of age. I like Tat browns too with 2 or 3 years.
Also, never tasted one...

Re: Whats in your bowl?
I just tried this for the first time. A little too smooth for me maybe. Came across as kind of bland. Or maybe I'm just being too picky. Couple weeks ago I was complaining that GLP Union Square was...

Re: Just got the Thompson catalog in... yikes!
What bothers me most about Thompsons (and I've never seen it with CI which is the othr catalog I get) is that they advertise filtered "cigars" in cartons of 200. We all want lawmakers to exempt...

Classic Appalachian Blues collection from Smithsonian Folkways
Recording quality leaves a bit to be desired but that comes with the territory on these kind of field recordings.
