I used to use AVG but it caused issues. I think it hogged up too many resources or something. In any case, I would recommend Avast for a free AV.
Just disable the sounds via the windows control...

hold on, did you try the good Russian Standard? I admit the regular stuff is crap, but the premium one is good. I think it's called Russian Standard Imperial or something like that.

Here at IU, Lennie's makes their own beer. Java Porter with Nitro instead of CO2. mmm....
Another great bear I've had but sadly no longer available, from Rock Bottom, they had a cask of Vanilla Milk...
