There are plenty of issues to be had with the current state of CS/Puff, as well as its new owner. There is also plenty of anger over how people have been treated, as well as how friends have been treated, but does this really do much of anything? Technically, while you have have not cursed, you did threaten someone. And I'm fairly certain that if Jon were (not an asshat and...) in better standing with the cigar community, this sort of thing would reward you with banishment from several sites.
