Compare a Petit Tat and Cabaiguan for me.

I really like the Petit Tat, haven't had the Petit Cabaiguan yet. Interested to know how you compare the two of them.

Thanks

I like the Petit Cab better...IMHO. I haven't smoked one in a while but from what I remember the Cab was smoother.

I love the petit Cabs... they are very good for such a small cigar. The petit tats are good, but not quite the same punch as the Cabs have.

Mugen says they are smoother, you agree but then say they have more punch. Do you consider the Cab to be stronger than the Tat?

I think the Cab was stronger, more flavorful but smooth through the nose when snorking. :tu

Yeah I thought it was a bit stronger... but I guess what I meant as more punch was it had more flavor and was a lot like its bigger cousins... the tat just wasn't quite a good in both flavor and being like its cousins. :ss

:) Yes he did, and it's been resting along with the rest of Santa's sticks. The girls haven't given me much time to get at anything lately and I already had a few of the Tats laying around. I'm going to try to do a comparison smoke between the two of them this weekend. Was just looking for some general thoughts from others because I want to buy a cab of one or the other to have around.

What's your take on the two of them Mark?

Never had either, though I've got a few Petite Cabs in the cooler. I think you're on to something though, between the cold weather and the baby, something little is about all I have time for, and even then it's few and far between. Might be time to light one up this week if the weather stays nice.

Just as a follow up and in case anyone cares, I made my decision and bought a box of the Petit Cabaiguans. While I like both of them, as was suggested earlier I think the Cab has more flavor, at least the flavor I like, and delivers it in a smoother fashion.

I actually think these might age pretty nicely as well. To those of you that provided it, thanks for your input.
