Cheap strong sticks?
 

Strong cigars are my fav. LFD Digger, Padron X000, Tatjaue, Don Pepin, JdN, Etc.

A J Fernandez makes many strong Nicaraguan sticks as catalog cigars that can be has for $3 or $4 on Cbid. Look at the various Man O War versions. Also, I like the Ava Maria Divinia and the HUpmann AJ, which are slightly more.

I second what Bob said. There are lots of good AJF smokes that are inexpensive.

To add to the AJF stuff, Diesel makes some tasty cigars that you can get at a great price. Two of my favorite are the Unholy Cocktail and the Unlimited D6. Both can be found quite often on the Devil Site and can be had most times for <$3.00/stick.

I’m a huge AJF fan and as I recollect the Diesels are manufactured by AJF as well.

I would add there are some great Alec Bradley cigars and they are usually quite affordable on cbid.

I remember that back in the day the El Cobre from Oliva was pretty robust.
