Cartoon Character Illustrator Needed

I am looking to hire someone to illustrate a corgi's (dog) for a line of apparel.

This would be in a "Disney" style and the work needs to be copy written. No stealing of art and saying they drew it.

Does anyone know of a resource I could hire?

Oh yeah Ethan Nicole is the main guy with the babylon bee. He's a great guy! he also has one of the best modern children books in Brave Ollie Possum. He was also behind Axe Cop. Highly recommended if he has the time
