Here's a great thread on this topic. It hasn't been updated in about a year and a half but is still valid. My top five from the list are:

1) Famous Nic 5000 Toro. From Famous Smoke Shop.
2) Ramon Bueso Genesis the Project Robusto. From Cigars International. It's on sale several times a year for <$3/stick.
3) Gran Habano 2002. Many online sources.
4) Diesel Unholy Cocktail. Many online sources.
5) 5 Vegas Series 'A' Anomaly. Can be had at CI for <$3/stick quite often.

I shouldn't give this info out. But, CI is selling Latitude Zero torpedoes for cheap. Really hard to beat!

Omar Ortez, either the originals or the maduro. An excellent smoke, and under $3. Atlantic has boxes of 60 of the Toro size for $155. Cigar Place has the Robustos at 20 for $51.

Yeah, I jumped on 3 bundles of Rothschild maduros, CGR3, myself. 75 cigars for less than $110, including shipping. :D

I grabbed a couple of bundles of J. Fuego Heat Corojo Ruboustos on sale last week got a little under $30 for 20. Tough to go wrong for $1.50 a stick for these. The were a 90 rated cigar on CA''s 2016 best buy list. Nice medium bodied smoke.

Just look around the "usual suspect" retailers & you can often find good deals.
In the last 2 weeks, I bought the following, all for less than $3/cigar:
La Aurora Untamed Robusto & Corona Gorda - Famous Smoke
Rocky Patel Super Ligero Lancero - Cigars Int'l
Ortega Series D Black Robusto - Cigar Page
La Palina Classic Robusto - Cigars Int'l

And don't even get me started on CigarBid.....

CAO Brazilia Gol for $61 a box and free shipping. That works out to $3.05 per stick but those 20 extra nickles will be the best nickles you ever spent!!! The boxes are usually about $80 online and singles are $5-6 in stores.

Just FYI, JRs has that 20% off bundle cigars sale again, and again for today 7/21 only. As I am about to hit my last bundle of Connies I will likely restock. :D
