Thank you everyone! It has been a topsy turvy year indeed! As many of you know I have been taking care of my mom, who has been in an Alzheimer's facility for over 3 years now. I'm there every day because I got it in my head that no can take care of her better than I can. I've taken low maintenance jobs, enough to pay her bills, take care of my "needs" and if I'm lucky some "wants. Nothing that would take away from my time being with her. I am now comfortable and confident enough in the thought that the facility can take care of mom as well as if not better. So, I decided at the beginning of the year to return to working full-time or as close as I can considering the job market these days.
Anyway, through this journey, I have many of you to thank for support of body and spirit to keep me going, when times were tough and despair was knocking on the door.
The brothers and sisters here are the best birthday present a person can ask for in the good times and bad.
I thank you all for your birthday greetings, wishes and the present of your presence in my life.
