I was quite disappointed when I sent their HQ a La Palina from the old days and they didn't even acknowledge it!

I've not had everything they make, but everything they make that I have had is top-notch! I've not had a bad one, that's for sure. There were a couple that I may not pay retail for again, but they were good, too.
