Good Ending to a GREAT DAY
 

As some of you know I switched Jobs a month ago and had 0 experiance in the feild I went into.


I don't qualify for a raise till May but the did end of the YR evaluations and I scored a 3.5 out of 4!!



WOO HOO!! I have been real worried since a few of the things I have been asked to work on haven't gone as smoothly as I had hoped but the Plant Manager has brought my name up in the reports to the Board the last 2 months.

Its a real stressful time around my house especially around the Holidays and to get this good news today made my week.(Today is my "Friday")


So I am enjoying a BGM while I bask in my semi-greatness...LOL



Thanks again Rick for a great trade...wouldnt be smoking this BGM without ya!

Yeah No CA access at work anymore so thats a lil of a withdrawal issue...LOL..but this new job should be a good career and provide easier for my family.
