Attention my CA family............
 

though i will admit i dont nearly post as often as i want i still log on and see what you knuckle heads are up to. I have not forgotten about you guys and i miss you all so let me start by filling you guys in.

I have kicked cigs (thank god) for almost a year now.

I have started (though to recent to see any change) to make life style changes to benefit my health (cutting out bad food, gym, more outdoor activities like mountain biking).

But the best news of all is that (fingers crossed) IM GONNA BE A DAD!!!!!!!

My wife is 10 weeks and while still early on we are BEYOND EXCITED!!! ill be picking all you old timers and new dads brains for advise.

Congrats Frank! I can't help but wonder where one might "mountain" bike in Florida. The only mountains I have ever seen in Florida were landfills :confused:
