Intoduction
I enjoy your site so much I decided to join.
I've been smoking cigars for about 3 years and love maduros. In May I moved to South Florida from Connecticut and am loving the weather here. Hope to continue my cigar education here and exchanging ideas with all of you. |
Re: Intoduction
Welcome Barry! You're gonna find a whole lot of other maduro lovers here. Enjoy your stay at the madhouse :tu

Welcome, Barry.
Where in CT did you move from? I moved from Orange, CT to San Diego in 1978. But I still have extended family there. |

Welcome aboard Barry!
You can head over to the new members area and there are great sticky threads as well as the Newbie Trade thread, sign up and it will help you get your first trades under your belt, introduce you to some of the current members and give you a chance to try some new cigars. http://www.cigarasylum.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=7 |

You're probably familiar with the location, but for those who aren't, Davie is north of Miami and south of Fort Lauderdale. |

Thanks for the welcomes!

Re: Intoduction
Welcome! I was a New England to Florida transplant myself, although now I find myself in Virginia. Better than a Rhode Island winter, but I definitely miss the 80 degree winters down there!

Thanks. I arrived here in May and, have to admit, the constant heat and humidity wore me down. But now when I'm sitting outside on a January morning with my cup of coffee I can only shake my head. I endured a lot of New York-New England winters. I'd much rather sweat a bit than shiver. The truth is that every area has its advantages and disadvantages. |
