Hostages
 

I watched the first episode and I really liked it. But I am not sure if this can be a show that will make it for more then 1 season. What are your thoughts?

Watching it with the wife, haven't been able to form an opinion thus far.

I had a problem with the story though, why wouldn't they try to explain the situation in a better way to the family instead of simply forcing the mother's hand? If the story is they are doing a bad thing for a good reason it may be more of a motivation to explain that part of it. I understand the theory of intimidation but it I over analyze these kind of things, ruins a lot of movies for me too.
