Not a fan. That's what helped start this other fad that DIDN'T go away, wearing your pants around your thighs.
It was not what started it obviously, but it DID foster that whole rap lifestyle where "I am gonna be so different,
its gonna pi55 you off and I'm GLAD" thing.
