Doi Chang
 

So my favorite coffee is any blend by Doi Chang. Peaberry being my favorite.

This coffee hails from beautifull thailand. I have actually been to thailand and have visited these plantations and met the Ackha people. They actually own 50% of Doi Chang and get 50% of the profits. Hows that for Fair trade. This is more expensive coffee , the bag i have pictured cost me 18$ Canadian. Some of the more expensive blends can get upwards 20-25$. But it comes highly reccomended from me. The rate mid to low 90's by people who rate such things (coffee cup news comes to mind)
