People watching
 

As im sitting here in my garage smoking a cigar , basking in the warmth of my patio heater my neighbor across the street is hanging x-mas lights. He goes into his house only to reappear a few mins later climbing head first out of a 2nd story window onto a steep ice coverd roof while tangled in the blinds. He is doing this despite the fact that i have an extension ladder that he knows he is more than welcome to use and that i am more than willing to lend a hand .At this point I pulled my cell phone out in anticipation of calling 911 because he really looked as though he was going head first off of the roof. He has since safely made it back into the house although the cord for the blinds is still stuck in the window and laying on the roof. As i sat here watching my neighbor do is best Clark W. Griswold impression i reallized 3 things:
1. I really enjoy people watching
2. This patio heater was a fantastic buy
3. I have got to watch National Lampoons Christmas Vacation tonight

I also recommend taking a seat in the ER of a busy metropolitan hospital. Lots of good comedy there as well.

People watching is awesome. It's half the reason I smoke in bars any chance I get. And if there's a dance floor and a good drink special on...well, park yourself and don't move. You're going to witness hilarity.

That was funny and made me laugh. Reminds me of watching my neighbor doing similar things on the roof. I too love my patio heater that I received last year for Christmas. Will be watching Christmas Vacation again soon. We usually watch it when we decorate our tree. Thanks for sharing. Steve

At least you were going to do the right thing (Thank You for that!). There are people in my neighborhood who would never think to call 911 should an accident occur...

Dude! One thing watching a neighbor mess things up, it's quite another hanging out at an emergency room to laugh at people that has been in an accident bad enough to need to go to the emergency room!

I love sitting at malls while my wife shops and just taking it all in. We humans have some weird habits.

I work Security at the Childrens Hospital in Boston, and can attest to this. You see some really funny, also really sad situations.

Spent many hours people watching on the Pearl St. mall in Boulder and I can tell that there is a lot of interesting people all around us :)
