Is the Candy Cane a different stick than the Holiday Blend 2012? I'm picturing some kind of goofy crooked barber-pole...

I have smoked several of the Holiday Blends each year since they were originally released, and IMO they are best of Viaje's limited release sticks. And they are even better if you can put a few down and wait until the next holiday season to smoke them!

Yes, two separate cigars. The candy cane is a barbor pole style.

Viajes Candy Cane never came to fruition last year...was delayed and delayed. We'll see if they make it this year.

My B&M guy says he is expecting them pretty soon. He is pretty hooked up with Viaje so I trust him. I like the idea so I will probably grab a fiver...

They are also releasing the stuffed turkey again, this time in dark or white meat. Andre and Pete must fight over the goofy names.

Candy Canes supposedly already shipped. Probably the first Viaje in a long while that I am anxious to pick up. I like the novelty of the Barber Pole from time to time and now that the Taboo ones have gone the way of the dinosaur it will be nice to grab a bunch to keep on hand for those times I get a hankering providing they smoke well.
Last years Stuffed Turkey was pretty decent after a few months which is why I lost all interest in Viaje last year as nothing seemed to smoke good fresh and seemed to require a much needed nap. I've pretty much let most of the recent releases from Andre go even though I had access to all of them. My only recent Viaje buys were the 2012 TNT(always like the TNT) which smoked really well and the Friends and Family which could have used a long nap too.

I've only had a couple of Viaje Platino lanceros. But these have me curious for some reason. Hope I will get to try them!

I ordered a fiver of Candy Canes and should have them in a day or so. Cannot wait, I'm such a sucker for well-done barber poles! What up, BTL & CAO Bratalia :)
