Yikes. I woke this morning to a blanket of snow outside.

I'm not ready for this, I need to move some place warm.

Snowing here too. Two days ago it was almost 80 degrees. Now it's 34.

Supposed to be at Oktoberfest tonight and the high is 76 and sunny today.
I would rather have snow, after tonight that is.

I made a comment about needing to finally put my snow blower in the basement so I have some more garage space and Taki kindly made me aware that it will be needed soon, thanks. Now back to your regularly scheduled banter.

Nah....Portland is closer to fall all year. San Diego is too warm for that.


35F here at the moment. Just got a birthday call from my dad in Honolulu. He made sure to mention how happy he was NOT on the mainland. "Fall is nice. I like to look at the pictures of the leaves changing while I sit on the beach and giggle because I don't have to rake them anymore." Such a great guy.

Not for long. I actually like the winter. Something very exciting about snow. Also, in the right place, I think its beautiful. Guess I'm a little different.

It's still hangin' in there at our house. The never-ending rain is supposed to start today. I just need a two day break to put weed killer and fertilizer on the yard, then it can do whatever it wants.

We have been having great weather for WI, but cold front hit yesterday and it dropped like 20 degrees. Chilly and in the 50s for the next week at least it seems, which is fine with me. I'm not ready for snow yet lol :bh
