Just a heads up, I placed an order with Man-Upp Cigars (no affiliation) and I noticed that they have a deal for public safety and military, they will send you 25% of your order total in free cigars, either of the brand you purchased or equal quality/value cigars. Anyways just a heads up. I will see how the customer service is and let you know, although they did respond quickly to an email :tu
