Lentils...

I am 33 and just discovered them in the past 6 months. I cannot get enough. Freaking LOVE them. Anyone else here a fan? I just boil mine with some sweet onion or maybe a little bacon. Top with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.

They are also good with some feta crumbles on top.
