Lost some power yesterday. Fort Bragg was hit a bit as well as the surrounding areas. Fast storm. Glad most are ok.

All is back to normal here. Scary couple of days. Lots of neighbors here not as lucky. I'd compare the destruction to be on par with Fran, if you remember that. Not as widespread, but if you were in one of the paths you got hammered. Luckily the paths look to be 500-800 yards wide. But that swath looks like a huge lawnmower chewed up everything.

My daughter's neighborhood was OK, but on both sides of them was some severe damage.

My house had only a few twigs in the yard. Downtown Raleigh got nailed, though.

Safe and sound I only lost a piece of trim on the house.
