Two more Florida officers die serving warrant
 

How sad, similar scenarios, with this latest one taking place as the ceremony for the fallen ones in Miami was taking place and airing on TV.

What a mess of a world it has evolved to.
If they would have killed these guys before they were harmed themselves, they would have been fired and prosecuted for excessive force.

It has been sad that these things have happened. We are only 25 days into the year and in the US we have lost 23 Law Enforcement Officers in the line of duty. What in the HELL is going on???

As for what is going on? How did we get here?

It seems that in our world and society that nobody is responsible for their own situation. So many expect everything to be given to them, they are dependent upon others and too lazy to take care of themselves. When something they do goes wrong, they point at others, they're the victims.

At least that's a starting point of the discussion of how we got here.

I agree 100% And I dont see it getting better anytime soon. All we can do is Pray and hope for the best.

It's sad to see so many loyal officers brought down in such a tragic way. My prayers go out to all who think they are above the law, their families, the victims themselves and the families of the victims of this sensless violence.

god bless and my prayers are with their family, friends and fellow officers. its a scary world we are living in.

god bless those that have paid the ultimate price and god bless there families but also pray for all my other fellow brother and sisters out there right now. this madness needs to come to a end.

Saw this yesterday and was very saddened. A good friend of mine is a state trooper so it worries me. This is a crazy,f-ed up world we live in. I pray for all their families and those left behind.

In a 24 hour period there where 11 officers shot! That is just freaking crazy!! Found a website last night called officer.com and it has news related to police in the US.
