help please

hey I figured someone on here could prolly point me in the right direction.

I recently built a website for my IAFF Local using Microsoft Office Live Small Business. I want to have a community discussion forum on my site (i know prolly a bad idea) and I got one from Informe.com. Does anyone know a place I can read up on PHpBB and try to learn how to set this thing up and get it going? I don't know much if anything about administering a forum, but can usually self teach if I can expose myself to some good info. Any help will be appreciated even if you want to tell I am stupid for trying this. Thanks in advance.

I guess I mean the stupid part cause it prolly wont end well letting community members or anyone for that matter posting on a discussion forum on our website. I kinda figure it'll go really well or really bad.:tu

phpBB.com is the place to go. The have an in-depth install tutorial. It's actually very easy and I've done it a few times myself.
