2 bone in pork shoulders (20 lbs)
1 packer brisket (19 lbs)

On the Grill:
Fajita Chicken

In the slow cooker:
Pinto Beans

About to be picked up:
A whole mess of fresh tortillas from Taco Cabana 'o)

New keg of Widmer Sunburn Summer Brew in the Kegorator

One little girls 2nd Birthday tomorrow:

Ah goold old RR Tex and Ft Hood baby! Enjoy the meat, I did a couple of shoulders and 4 racks of ribs 2 weeks ago for my b-day and they turned out awesome. There's just something about good smoked meat on a birthday; have fun, smoke some good cigars, and happy birthday to your little girl!

I'm looking to throw a couple of small Chuckies on the smoker, and a marinated bacon-wrapped Pork Loin to 'indirect grill' it later in the cook.
I only hope it comes out as good as your menu!
