Here is a golf ball as a driver hits it. Doesn't say how fast the club head speed it, but its not uncommon to hit 120mph for pros.

Some of the long drive guys are up over 140. I've never seen a ball compress like that, and I have no idea how the cover didn't split. But, slo-mo vids usually show the ball coming off a driver, and the driver face itself has some give to it. I suppose it could be one of the low-compression balls designed for slower swing speeds.

It defiantely looks like what ever was inside the ball liquidfied on impact.
