You all aren't joking when you say go bigger...

So I just bought a 52qt, Igloo cooler from Target for my first coolidor. I unloaded all of my overflow cigars and boxes into it and well, it's basically full. I am probably going to go out and get another, next week!

You all aren't kidding when you say get 10x the space you think you'll need. I can remember when I got my first 100ct humidor and thought that I would never fill it. :r Oh, how far I have come. Now, I am currently saving for an Aristocrat, guess I should start planning for a bigger cabinet! -(P

Just go get one of those 150 Qts and think about what will happen when it is full.

I forced myself to use and stay with a 48Qt for almost 2 years, but finally lost it.

One slippery slope it is too :)

A good cooler or two and a Aristocrat can't be beat.

If I had a closet big enough I would have gone with this size, but the 52 fits perfectly and it's stackable!

Its never enough. I started with 1 desk top humidor and am now having drawers built for a Avanti cooler. (GO FIGURE)

That's what I really want, but I am a renter. I need to find a job I like enough to stay for more than
3 years at a time. I hate to keep leaving people built-in bars and walk-in humidors. :D

I am in the same boat. That is why I am heading down the cooler/aristocrat route. Building a walk-in is in many ways the holy grail of humidors, but not in the works while I am still renting.

Just made the jump from a 48 qt to 120 qt Xtreme. I tried hard to pare down my inventory (read lose all NC's) to fit the 48 qt., then the Euro tanked and order, order, order...:r

Re: You all aren't joking when you say go bigger...

I am amazed at how fast my Lexington filled up. Only took a couple months, if that....so I ordered a 3000 ct. tower, it will be here next week. Now here's the question, do I put the Cabinet up for sale or just realize that it is gonna fill up eventually. I know it will take quite a while to fill up that big tower, even at a couple boxes a week it would take some time.
I am planning to build one of my spare closets into a humidor, it isn't being used, I figure the closet is going to be able to fit several hundred boxes. It's gonna be a project that will take a few months doing it slowly since I have never built a closedor!! I think I would probably be safe in selling the Lexington. :tu
