Cold in April...
 

I caught a cold and now I don't feel like smoking... Any of you guys
ever felt like that? I have all of these wonderful sticks headed my
way, weather's great.. and while im not in bed w/ the flu or pneumonia,
I'm congested, stuffy, and my throat is raw.....:rolleyes:

I'm not big on using drugs, so i'm getting my penicillin from Crushed Raw
Garlic, on a Vegetable salad, taking 5,000MG of Esther C, and now about
to go get some Golden Seal....

I'm usually over a cold in a day or two, but i've been letting this one
fester until last night, when i said enough is enough! To make matters
worse i have a F'n headache! Ugggggh:td

I feel you brother. I had symptoms of a cold/flu over a week ago then a full blown flu last Thursday. Took some Zicam, Dayquil and Excedrin to knock it out. Seems I picked up a little sinus infection along the way. Still feel the aftereffects today. At least I can smell and taste my cigars.

Get well soon dude. Bet you have some nice Padrons waiting for you. :)

I ended up not buying the Nats, and you're right I do have some
maddies, so i'm gonna smoke one when this cold is Done!:D

First off, I hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I've been there before too. I had the flu a few weeks ago and just opening my humi turned my stomach. It took a good week or even two weeks before I could smoke a full bodied cigar.

Update!

A day and a half later, I'm 90% back to normal. I went to the
healthfood store and picked up

Goldenseal Tincture,
"Wellness Brand" "Herbal Resistance"
"Wellness Brand" Oil of Oregano (Strong Natural Antiviral Agent)

combined these with 5000MG of Ester-C (1000MG tablets)
twice a day, and 18hrs later i'm back to feeling normal again!

I even had a celebratory Puros Indios Media Corona Maduro
for good measure! Soon i'll be smoking a Padron 45th, probably
tomorrow though!
