Seriously. I guess there was a class action suit that included most lawnmowers sold in the US for false HP ratings. I don't know that I care about my mowers HP as it does the job, but $35 is $35.

According to the FAQ:

considering I own two, a riding and a walk behind, both Briggs & Stratton, what's the harm in submitting the claim?
