Question about Belmondo Cigars...
I purchased a Belmondo Vintage Reserve cigar yesterday, and it looks great and smells even better, but you know how the saying goes.... Smells can be deceiving. I tried to research it, but I can't find any reviews on this cigar. I was hoping somebody in the asylum had experienced one of these and could tell me if the purchase I made was of worth or not.

Re: Question about Belmondo Cigars...
It's just a single cigar, it's not like you bought stock in the company. Just smoke it and make your own opinion. :D

Never had one. But if it smokes good, good flavors, then it would be worth it. Im assuming these are budget smokes. |

Re: Question about Belmondo Cigars...
Isn't Belmondo spanish for "bad cigar"? :D
Not good, imo. You may like it though. |

Re: Question about Belmondo Cigars...
The reason I asked is because if it's a bad cigar, I'll give it to my friend cuz I'm pretty sure he'll smoke anything.

Re: Question about Belmondo Cigars...
I have indeed seen those in the Thompson catalog, and nowhere else. They are what Thompson refers to as a "boutique" brand . . . so maybe it tastes like patchouli.
