Question regarding traveling with cigars
Hey everybody,
I'm planning on spending the summer in Italy and England (I know, life really sucks for me, right?). I'll be attending with a friend of mine, who, like me, is very into cigars. My question is this: are there any things to be careful about regarding traveling internationally with cigars? At this point, I only own one CC, and there is no way that I'd be bringing that with me. So that won't be an issue. But would I have to pay excise taxes on the cigars I already own? What about any cigars I buy while in Europe? Would I have to pay a duty on those? Is there any way around this? I appreciate any and all help on this matter. Thanks a lot. Aron |
Re: Question regarding traveling with cigars
Unless you are bringing several boxes, no worries at all. Enjoy your trip.

Re: Question regarding traveling with cigars
Don't worry about the cigars, Aron, but pay special attention to the rules regarding the transport of lighters and cutters.

Re: Question regarding traveling with cigars
Travelling with cuban cigars isn't an issue anywhere but America.
