What's with wet process?
I recieved a 4 pound sampler with my roaster and finally got around to the wet process Ethiopian Bonko.
I am unsure about what wet process is, but thought it meant the beans were washed in water? In any event, this was a less than satisfying experience for me. I roasted full city plus and found the taste to be very bitter, which was a complete 360 from the Yirga Cheffe. |
Re: What's with wet process?
I think noone wants to do that much typing here, Wiki or Sweet Maria's online Coffee University will answer your question with the detail that a coffee roaster needs.

Re: What's with wet process?
i forgot about this silly post I started, when a simple Google search answered my question.
After deep retrospect, it's probably the witty reply that only Moo is capable of that I was truly seeking.:D If the coffee forums ever need someone to make sure an overzealous newbie doesn't get too big for his britches, I hereby nominate Moo. |
