Re: Vintage Cigar Cutters While not very convenient to carry around those look amazing! I'm going to have to look into starting my own collection. This has me thinking maybe I should buy some Palios and Xikars to save so the next generation can see what we used to cut cigars. They will probably have something sweet like a lightsaber cutter or a laser :r |

Re: Vintage Cigar Cutters i've seen some AMAZING cutters made out of horns and all sorts of things walking around small stores in london, sadly they were all upwards of $75, at a time when i couldnt be spending that much on a looker. nice cutters! stearns |

Re: Vintage Cigar Cutters I have only one. It looks almost like the one all the way on the bottom left of Alex's photo. I'll dig it out and post a photo when I get a chance. When I tried using it, the blade(s) were extremely dull. It pinched the head of the cigar. I always wondered what the estimated value would be.... |

Re: Vintage Cigar Cutters Very cool! I've seen them from time to time on eBay, but never pulled the trigger. Do you actually use any of them or are they show pieces only? |

Re: Vintage Cigar Cutters snkbyt, very nice collection you have there bro. Quote:
Donatus has only been manufacturing them since the very late 1950's / early 60's, and they were heavily mass produced, so they shouldn't be too hard to find. |
