Customer service

So my Palio broke. The tab in the track folded up and it wont close. I brought it to one of the dealers listed on the site and they told me to pound sand. No receipt, no warranty. So I e-mailed Palio with my dilemma. I wasn't mad or demanding or ticked off in anyway. To my utter amazement, I got a call from Palio in 10 minutes. He said he was sorry, and he talked to the store I went to, and if I go back tomorrow, they will have a new one for me. I was impressed with how fast they resolved the issue. Just thought it was worth mentioning.

Mark is awesome!! But I keep hearing BOTLs say that the retailers do not know what the Palio warranty is about (this one told Steve to pound salt). That is what pisses me off. RETAILERS...If you are going to sell something, learn about it!!! Keep up the good work Mark...you have an awesome product!!! :tu

You won't regret it. I've been debating getting one of the nice burlwood or carbon fiber models, and putting the Palio I have now in my golf bag instead of the cheapie I have there now.

Glad you got it worked out. Great product Great service. Mine finally gave out yesterday one side of the blade came loose so I'm going to order a new one and send this one off to get fixed.

If you think that Palio customer service is good, just spend some time talking about customer service and business ethics with Marc. A passion for doing the right thing regardless of personal cost.
