Google Picasa Web Albums
 

Anyone else having problems with Google Picasa Web Albums? Several people can not see the pictures when I post, but some can see them.

double check your settings, Carl. Seems to me that the default is that you need to be logged in to see the pics - this means that anyone who has it setup to auto log in will be able to see the pics.

I don't have an account there, but I seem to recall that you can make the pictures visible without a login. If you do that, it should be okay.

Album properties is set to "Public".

There are three choices for Album visibility:
-Public
-Unlisted
-Sign-in required

I have a PIFs/MAWs Album that is Public.

See what? No URL shows for me, which it usually does for a pic I don't have rights to.

try this test.

Put the URL between "img" tags manually. This is all the "insert picture" icon does. Then do a preview post to make sure you can see it. Then post it here and we'll see what happens.

I had to copy and paste the url in my browser, now I see the pic :dr

Now I can see them all, even the ones that I could not see before.

Went into Album properties and set the Album to Public again. Weird. Guess I'll have to do that before I post pics. Too many pictures to migrate over to another picture hosting site.
