Easy peanutbutter pie
 

I loves me some peanut butter pie.

3 large tubs of coolwhip.
4 super heaping tablespoons of peanutbutter.
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
2 graham cracker crusts.

Mix ingredients well cover and freeze overnight. (freezing makes it consistant when thawed)

To thaw enough to eat right out of the freezer: micowave whole pie for 30 seconds on high.

Variations:

Add some coffee flavored ice cream.

or: mix 1/2 mashed bannana in filling or place bannana slices around the edge before serving.

I am thinking a bit of chocolate would acompany this well. Sounds good, I bet it would go great when I bbq.
