Anyone get a letter from the Dept of the Treasury?

I got a letter talking about all of the details of the SCHIP tax. Why would I get it? I’m not a retailer.

Doesn't matter if a retailer "sells us out"-consumers aren't liable for reporting this tax. It's the retailers job to do it.
