Q#2) Would this be covered by house insurance, car insurance, or... does it come under roadside assistance???

Q-1 answer: All houses weigh 16oz to the pound.

Q-4
Probably $4 or 5 hundred an hour, 4 hour minumum, plus to and from travel charges.
