Anyone play this on their phone/facebook?

Annoying freaking game, but utterly addicting. Worst kind lol. :D

Im not even on Facebook and my wife managed to get me hooked on this damn game. I cant tell you how many times I find myself yelling at the computer while palying. I keep coming back though. lol

Now, I personally have never tried it, but just read this on a cigar group of which I'm a member on Facebook:

"Unlimited lives if you reset your devices internal clock ahead a day then set it back after launching the app and closing the app."

So of course, use at your own risk since I haven't done it personally. :)

I played this for a few months, then got stuck and had a few lives in a row where I would get to like one candy left with like 10 moves or more....and still fail. So like any mature adult, I promptly had a Defcon 1 rage attack, screamed at the game for actively cheating me on purpose, and in a Monopoly board flip style move, deleted the app while cursing it. The wife still plays, but I refuse to acknowledge it's existence.

In short? Candy Crush = Serious Business. :)

I've only been playing for just over a month and I was just about ready to give up because I couldn't get past level 93 for almost 2 weeks. I finally beat it and level 94 today. Guess I"ll keep playing til I have a DEFCON 1 rage attack and delete in a monopoly board flipping style.

Never even heard of this game until the other day, never have seen it, will never play it. Like I need more ways to waste my time.

Nice to see other's play this game, it's good to know you all share my frustration with it hehe. I am currently stuck at level 245. I guess the game has like 450 levels, so I think I have a long way to go lol.

I finished up to 40 and then went back to redo all the levels where I did not get 3 stars.

I've got 2 stars on level 33 but have been stuck trying to get that third star...

Being an avid gamer (read: addict) and not knowing what candy crush is, it's hilarious watching grown men rage about it. Without the context it just seems ridiculous.

and.... makes me curious :p

But I'm not sure I could fit it between Saints Row 4 and Final Fantasy XIV. :)

My wife is on level 410!!! I am only on level 74. To her defiance she played it while I wa gone (deployed) to pass the time.

When you guys complete a level do you just move on as soon as you can or do you wait until you get all three stars?

I wait until I get all three stars -- which can take some time... on 8/31 I was on level 33 and now I am (stuck) on level 50 :rolleyes:

It's interesting how easy it is to spend money in this game -- additional time, boosters, etc. I have not spent a dime, but I know some people who have dumped a lot of money...

I did this for a while when I started. Now I just play til I beat it.

Currently been sitting at level 290 for over a month lol.

My wife is addicted and she's at one of the top levels. There's a way to get more lives by setting the date on your phone ahead.

I looked at her phone the other day and it read a date in January of 2014!

stuck on level 125 - for 2 days. But, I limit myself to 5 lives a day. If I don't do it, I just move on to other tasks.

She googled how to get more lives and she followed the directions and it worked for her. Of course, she can never use the calendar on her phone!
