the day before that i went to my dad's house and lit up some RyJs with my dad. It was a good time.

Went out to breakfast with my little girl, played baseball with her in the back yard until she somehow split the wiffle ball in half hitting it::D. Called my Dad and talked, smoked some good cigars watching the cards lose in 15 innings then grilled some steaks for the family:tu

One thing I noticed today is sometimes when I smell a lit cigar it reminds me of my Dad. When I was a kid I vividly remember him smoking Fuentes and Punch (NC). I would read his copies of C.A wondering about cigars and how they could ever taste like the review said or reading the vendor catalogs that would come in and look at the pictures of all the boxes. Now I have my humidor and he has his, and while there are few sticks that we both have boxes of the best cigars I have ever smoked have been with him, regardless of what stash it came from.

I spent most of the day alone, reflecting, smoking a few cigars, and finishing the day emptying a bottle of woodford.

Dad has been gone for 4 years now. Still a little tough seeing fathers day stuff everywhere you turn for a few weeks leading up to today.

A RyJ short Churchill and coffee by the lake followed by shooting pool with my brother, lunch with mom, dad, my bro and my son. After that, went to the park with mom, dad and my son. Played, walked and had ice cream.

Sent Pops a custom card and gave him a phone call (parents live in the keys). Went with the father in-law and fam out to the beach and a beach bar for dinner; Watched MIB3 yesterday with him too. I'll be headed down to the keys in 2 weeks to spend some time with the family, cant wait!

We hosted a BBQ with my mom, dad, brothers, their families and all my in-laws. It was a beautiful day with lots of laughs. During the course of a cornhole game, my brother-in-law created the phrase "the cornhole whisperer".

Made breakfast for the family. Lounged around until 3, then went to my sisters to spend some time with my Dad and family. Came home, smoked 2 cigars and had some drinks. Had my son, who turned 16 on Saturday, drive me around all day... Seems he wanted to put some miles on this thing.... (see below) He was born 16 years ago on Fathers Day....that Fathers Day set the bar pretty high....:r

Father's Day, my anniversary, and my Sister-in-law's birthday were all on the same day this year. Sat on the beach, smoked a Perdoo gran cru, spent time at the pool with my family, had steak, and fiished off night fishing at a local pier.

I called my dad on the phone. He got his gift and card on Sat in the mail. I played softball for him ;) and we won!!

Spent the day with my Family Dad,Son, Brother, Father in law mom, and wife, and sister in law plus some other Suedo Parents... great day and great weekend. Smoked an RC184 and a RP Mulligans

Went to breakfast with my dad and brother. Went to lunch with my family. Checked and topped off fluids in my son's and daughter's car. Helped my daughter pack her car to drive 5 hours to her "big-girl" job training. Went for a bike ride with my wife. Too busy and tired to smoke anything. Might make up for it tonight.

My dad hasn't been doing so well over the past year--struggling with various medical issues, including MDS, anemia and a resurgence of prostate/bladder cancer. He was feeling pretty good yesterday, so we journeyed down for a visit and took him out to the Knights of Columbus Father's Day Picnic

Hosted a BBQ and had the in laws, my dad and brother, and my grandparents all in attendance. Smoked a 9lb pork butt and beer butt chicken and a whole mess of grub. Smoked a My Cuban Wheel while watching my kids play in their pool in the backyard. The kids also made me a nice crafty fathers day gift with the assistance of their grandma.

Boy Larry -- your beard sure has a lot of gray!

I had breakfast with my wife and youngest son. Same son took me to see Prometheus -- which I really enjoyed.

I followed this with some reading, a couple of fine cigars and some Cazadores Reposado.

Finished up the evening by grilling some steaks for me, my wife and my youngest son.

My weekend was spent watching Beach Soccer at Seaside Island. Loved being with my kids and just relaxing on the beach, but hated that there is no smoking on the beaches so could not enjoy a stick yesterday. Will need to make up for it today

Wife made me breakfast, kids took a nap and I smoked a Casa Fuente out by the pool, kids woke up and went swimming, then BBQ'd a nice steak!!! Great day :tu

Had a BBQ at my house with my sisters, brother, mom and dad. Had a great time! Heres a pic we took with my dad. Lucky to have him around this year.

Had my parents over for BBQ pork and homemade ice cream. Cooked a pork shoulder on the Traeger which gave me time to enjoy a couple of cigars. The RA Extra was the best of the bunch. :D

Went to church, cleaned the garage out (really needed it), watered the plants, smoked two racks of ribs, called my dad, had a few beers, smoked an old Dip #1, watched the last two hours of the US Open, called it a night. Not too shabby.

Can't call my Dad anymore but did think about him a lot.

Since we are a family of bowlers - we went bowling for a few friendly games, my two daughters, wife, adopted dad and a friend who is a new daddy. By the third game though the competitive spirit came out - cause we are a family of bowlers. My oldest daughter started out strong with 5 in a row. I hung in there with 4 but opened in the 5th. She doubled spared but finished strong and I finished out with 6 in a row. So she threw a 237 and I a 255. I'm pretty sure she let me win.

Off to Chili's then and back home to watch a few movies.

A good day all around.

I took the GS to a car show benefiting Hospice in morning then hung out and had a steak dinner with my lovely wife.My youngest was working and the oldest was busy keeping his girlfriend happy :)
