I'm more looking forward to the Diesel Crucible LE and the 5 Vegas High Primings. But the MOW PA Maddy should be a winner.

Looking forward to this one more than the Diesel (not a fan of the 5 Vegas Classic, which is what High Primings is based on). The MOW PA is IMO the most complex of the CI house brands and I'm looking forward to trying the blend with a nice maduro wrapper. It's also refreshing that the blend is only available in a corona size, whereas the Diesels are 54+ RG. I tend to like skinnier cigars better than the hefty ones, though I really like the UC & Shorty.

I saw them a while back. Agreed that the original Puro Authentico is awesome. Can't wait to buy the maddies.

You sure they are not the regular production ones? I don't believe they have released a single one yet.
I believe Mac put an order in the week they advertised them. I don't think the maddies have been on cbid either.

I dunno, I got em the day they were released on Cigars International. They are a lot like the Ruination in my opinion, except maybe a little more full (if you can imagine that).

These are finally being delivered. UPS says out for delivery at 0745 this morning. Ordered these 5 Jan 12 and will have them today.

Here they are...not much darker than the original MOW Puro Authentico. Will torch one tomorrow and let you all know.

In the side by side picture the Original looks a little darker to me. It might be time to try one of the other man of wars i have in the humi.

Alright...burned one this evening at the weekly VCM Thursday Herf. My official review in a nutshell...

Needs some rest...way to wet!!! Flavors were muted, cigar was "spongy" to the touch, and didn't really dig this first one. Will re-visit these after they've taken a little nap in the vinos.

I hope these are "chilled" out a bit from the Habano.....Have a box in the cooler that I haven't touched for a year! The last MOW I had almost killed me!
