2012 New Years Cigar

What cigar do you plan on bringing in 2012 with?

I am considering the following options, do you have an opinion?
Padron Anni or a 98' Boli (gifted from Kevin -Savor the Stick).
Tat Anarchy (gifted from Kevin -Mase).
H. Upmann Mag 50 (gifted from Scott- Shilala).

Since this sinus infection kept me from enjoying my Christmas stick, I will be firing up the Opus Lost City on New Years!:noon

Might have to finally burn this little Natividad Pals from 1951 that Mario gifted me a while back.

I have a padron 64 that is going to be lit up for new years!

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

I'll probably be having quite a few cigars that night after I get off work, but since I never smoked my Anejo 46 from last year on Christmas, I'll save that for the first one I light up at midnight that night.

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

Probably a ER or EL, then either a Padron 1926 80 year, or a 2005 GOF I've been saving.

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

Not sure yet, but could be a Padron 85th.

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

I'd go for the Mag 50 from Scott.

I think you would be disappointed in the '98 Boli my :2

Likely A Cohiba 1966 EL I was recently gifted.

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

A Padron 1926 for starters.

cigardan 12-28-2011 01:54 PM

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

Actually on second thought I am leaning towards the Viaje 2011 Holiday Blend and the Feral Flying Pig. Will probably smoke both on NYE, but not sure which one will be at/near midnight.

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

I'll probably smoke an anarchy or a padron 45.

Re: 2012 New Years Cigar

Oh I'd like to ask for some suggestions also. Here is what I am considering:

Master Blend Original Release
Davidoff Millennium Blend
Litto Gomez from '09
Liga Privada #9
Dirty Rat
I'm leaning toward the MB and then the Liga #9

I haven't had any of these and any advice on which to have and then a 2nd for later.

Thanks!:tu

I'd go LP9. It is a great smoke ROTT and it becomes amazing after some age!
You will not be dissapointed. Have one with a nice cup of coffee, man now I might have to drink coffee on New Years instead of alcohol! I haven't had the Davidoff but I would guess it would make a great new years morning smoke.

Have a Perdomo habano resting since late Oct. Will go with that.

Nothing on NYs. I have to work. I smoke at night, when everyone's asleep, so I have to wait until the 2nd.

Probably my Tat Habana IV or my Undercrown.

Davidoff Special R

Pretty nice but mild. Great burn and lasts a long while only being 5 inches.

Also a Partagas series D #4 (I just noticed that others are putting up Cubans that I thought wasn't allowed- Not so sure of all the rules just yet)

You can talk about Cubans, just not how to acquire or where to buy them.

I have been celebrating the holidays with some stellar sticks recently. My Father 2010 LE, Opus X Forbidden X Lancero from 2007, and an OR Anejo Shark.

Out of these 3 - the one I enjoyed the most was the My Father...because I had 2 extra to share with my father and brother. That will be my criteria for new years - do I have extras to share :tu
