Nicest "smelling" box?

Oddly curious on this one...

In these cold months, sometimes I find it's nice to crack open a box and take a whiff to enjoy that sweet tobacco aroma.

What do you guys find to be your favorite upon opening?

Still made me laugh :lr

Seriously though, the box of 04 sig vi's in my humi smells outstanding. Cedar boxes are going to smell worlds better than paper lined dress boxes.

Not really....

A clean one?
One with 18-25 years of age
Nothing vintage
A new or like used one.
One with that "new box smell" :lr

I couldn't help myself. So many options for jokes here someone has to do it.

Jokes aside, anything Bolivar as well :dr

I've only opened one box in 11 years....

;s

I haven't bought a box of cigars in a while, but I do love opening my tupperdor with the cedar and cigars and taking a whiff. I'm going to order the "humidor" valor candle and see how closely it gets to that smell.

Bill...... Thanks for lessening the temptations somewhat, but it's still hard to resist a box.... comment :) !!

I have half a box of Tat lanceros that has a great smell, and always find the boxes of AF Anejos to be extraordinary. But, probably the one box that seems to always knock me down with "goodness" is a box from a small shop in Charleston SC that rolls their own there at their shop. The particular box contains a Nic puro double robusto product.

As much as I believe cello has a purpose, I find that no box containing cellod cigars has the same aroma as a non-cello box. I remember back when rp edges first came out, before the foot band, those 100ct boxes smelled like cedar planks and the inside of a Honduran barn. Maybe not the best smelling box, but one of the most memorable for me.

I've only purchased a couple of boxes in my short time, but the 5ver sampler pack of LP's smelled awesome. I do enjoy opening the humi and taking a deep inhale.....kinda like I do with most 'boxes'.
