I think I broke it....:r:r
I got to around thirty questions and it jumped back to question #3??
I closed it and tried again and the first question is blank....

Re: Stump The Genius

It appears as thought the secret to stumping him is not knowing enough about the character. Every question in theory should be a yes or no.

SvilleKid 07-04-2011 03:06 PM

Re: Stump The Genius

I stumped him with James Caan's character "Mississippi" in the movie "El Dorado".

Re: Stump The Genius

It knew Chief Brody from Jaws, but did not know Walter Mitty. It got way lost on John Furie Zacharias from Imajica by Clive Barker.

Neat idea but it's pretty limited in scope.

Re: Stump The Genius

Pretty random in the questions. In spite of telling it that the person was male and African and never ruled a country, many questions about Asians, Russians, emperors, kings and the like.

Never figure out Joseph Cinqué

Re: Stump The Genius

Meh it asks 900000 questions till it's impossible to get it wrong.

Still took 2 tries.

2 tries again...25 questions

Yeah ask enough questions and you can figured out anything.

Interesting though.

Re: Stump The Genius

Damn 47 tries and it actually got Doug Stanhope. Wow.

Re: Stump The Genius

I sent this to a co-worker, and it got Sherlock Holmes in 8 questions. She was impressed.

mmblz 07-05-2011 02:50 PM

Re: Stump The Genius

What makes this able to be impressive is that apparently most people think of the same small (relatively) set of characters. As long as you think of the same character as many other people do, it will be able to guess quickly.

It couldn't get Max from Pi the Movie...
